Please see the Freestylelibre UK website if you need more info.
Is it right for me?
This is appropriate for those who want to understand how their body is currently reacting to food, as a result of what you're eating, your sleep, your exercise and your stress. In order to get the best out of it you'll want to log your food, exercise, sleep times (unless we're monitoring your fitbit separately already) into the LibreLink App which you'll download.
Given your individual response to food, snacks and drinks will change based on a number of factors such as sleep, stress and time of day, it's not always worth doing this before you've made other changes. Chat to us first to help decide if you're not sure whether to commit. We're not here to sell tests or technology, we only provide these services in order to help make life simpler for people so they can focus on the changes themselves rather than understanding technology.
If you'd like to purchase the sensors yourself but still get our analysis of the results, choose the other version of this product in our store.
In detail/questions:
This blood sugar monitoring is performed using a small electronic device which is put on your arm (a small needle goes into your arm - the insertion is painless for most people), and is connected to your smartphone. This looks at your blood sugar levels multiple times per hour.
