In this example the focus is on Maeve, 53, a busy professional whose initial goal is to make better nutrition choices. However, there are factors of their lifestyle affecting their sleep and nutrition choices, with a clear link between them.
They take the lifestyle health assessment, and receive a review of that from us. This helps them and us understand the highest priority issues.
In this case, knowledge about making healthy choices isn’t the issue, it’s environment, habit and resulting behaviour, with a seemingly hard to break cycle.

They start on a Basic Support Plan, knowing that they are fairly determined but need some help in terms of how to achieve their goals with some support.
In this case, it’s more the practical application of choices which is the most beneficial support.
£47/month
They decide to have an initial 30 minute one-to-one consultation with us.
This enables a more in-depth discussion about their assessment which enables us to understand their exact context better, and a more bespoke plan for them, following the consultation.
During the consultation we discuss links we can see, between their sleep and nutrition choices, and together set a new goal; this results from the assessment information together with the discussion.

They make initial changes over the course of ten to twelve weeks, learning more about what healthy choices mean in their situation, outside of completely generic advice they’ve previously had.
After the initial changes, a few months in, they require some help making a particularly tough change for them, centred around the timings of their eating, and snacking: where they’re using this still for mental comfort reasons.
So, in this case they opt for a 1-hour ad-hoc one-to-one coaching session, to help them.
This explores their individual situation and motivations, their state of ambivalence to making the change, and helps them through this, into a state of mind ready to change.

1-hour one-to-one coaching
As part of the session it’s identified that it would be useful feedback for them to further understand their body’s response to the choices they are making. This may help to support them making changes, via having a feedback loop.
So, they undergo a 28-day period of continuous glucose monitoring.
This, along with our supporting analysis, help and ‘shifts’ surrounding their food choices, also helps toward their gut and liver health (via the improved choices they make as a result).
£165
One off, for the 28 days monitoring. This includes purchase of the 3rd party sensors, and our support and analysis
At their request, this is then followed by another ½ hour ad-hoc one-to-one support session.
The combination of interventions used helps them to fully overcome the difficulties in progress, as well as understanding their exact response to the choices they were making.
The interventions also improve daily stress levels and sleep too.

30-minute one-to-one support
After making changes over the months, and then feeling they’ve resolved the original goal and issues, they decide to take a gut microbiome test to understand the status of their gut health they've got to, given the changes they’ve already sustained.
This, and our consultation resulting from it, provides them with a detailed understanding of where the changes they’ve already made are helping them; they’ve already moved from an expected poor original state, to good indications of gut health.
£270
A general scope gut health test: understand your gut microbiome. Followed up with a brief consultation
*Note that, although discussed earlier, in this case a test wasn't done earlier because of cost implications. In this example, they couldn’t stretch to the cost of two tests (one to check starting status, one to retest after lifestyle changes), so one test later on balanced the cost and outcome best for them personally.
With our support, continuing membership for the following months, this allows focus on the remaining areas, making small but critical ‘shifts’ that they can sustain.
They complete their membership having been able to shift their life, and metabolic health, to where they want it to be.
Most importantly, as well as knowing their improved choices will reduce their chances of many long-term diseases, they know they can sustain their shifted lifestyle.
They have their ‘zest’ for life back that they’ve been looking for, and can be happier with their body shape (unexpected improvement) and health.
